Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the a7iv platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the a7iv platform available on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance takes effect immediately from the moment you first access the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the a7iv platform immediately. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and a7iv as the platform operator. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service, and use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of a7iv platform services, you are required to register a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Each individual is permitted to register one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these terms. a7iv reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close any accounts suspected of being linked to one another.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify the a7iv support team immediately at [email protected] so that prompt action can be taken to secure your account.
Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know
- Accessing and using the available games for personal entertainment purposes.
- Depositing and withdrawing funds in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
- Contacting customer support for any legitimate enquiries or complaints.
- Updating your personal profile information at any time.
- Participating in active promotions and rewards programmes.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's technical systems.
- Making fraudulent transactions or using unauthorised payment methods.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it on your behalf.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the a7iv platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of payment methods popular among local users, including FPX and TNG eWallet. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in your own name and legally valid.
Each deposit will be processed and credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. a7iv is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under a name matching your a7iv account profile. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to users via the account dashboard or the FAQ.
A7iv reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. Users whose accounts are under investigation may be unable to make withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once approved.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
A7iv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform. This includes financial losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors or disruptions beyond our control. In any event, a7iv's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the preceding 30 days.
All content on the a7iv platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code and overall design, is the exclusive property of a7iv or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from a7iv. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The a7iv platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply that a7iv endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access third-party websites at your own risk, and we encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies separately.
Account Suspension and Closure
A7iv reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions. This includes but is not limited to fraud, promotion abuse, multiple account registration or any unlawful activity.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any outstanding balance or unclaimed rewards. Where an account closure is purely for technical or administrative reasons, a7iv will endeavour to settle any valid balance owed to the user within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account by contacting customer support. Such requests will be processed within three business days, subject to a review of any transactions that remain outstanding at the time the request is made.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
A7iv reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version of the terms will be posted on this page along with the most recent amendment date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the a7iv platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, without affecting the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
